Owen's First Bike
Owen is learning how to ride his first bicycle...and of course it is a UGA bike! If you are not aware, Owen is a BIG UGA fan! This is something that he discovered on his own, we just support his decission!!!
Owen has recognized the "G" for many months and now of course he recognizes the "Bulldog". He loves GA, and will point it out on peoples cars, clothing and even the sporting events on TV.
As long as there is a game on, he is the best kid in a sports bar. He will even look around you to see the game!!
The most difficult place for us is the "sports store"! He goes nuts when he see that much GA stuff in one place! He could break the bank...that is were the bike came from!
Owen's Summer

Owen is having a BIG summer, we go somewhere new every week! It has been fun for me too!
We have visited the Children's Museum and the Georgia Aquirum located downtown Atlanta! Yes, we are driving downtown for our fun, inspite of the gas prices!
As you can see, Owen loves to paint, play in the sand and is interested in EVERYTHING! He has learned to jump off the side of the pool...he doesn't need anyone to catch him!
We go to the Lake Lanier Waterpark at least once a week so he has plenty of practice going down the slides!
Well, we are off to the beach this week! I will send more pictures of our adventures in Saint Augustine!
Dalton's Teeth
We wanted everyone to see, not just one BUT two teeth have popped through!!! Dalton is getting Bigger everyday, the doctor called him, "Robust". That was kind. Dalton has also mastered the skill of rolling over. He is not able to roll himself back over. He goes from Belly up to Sunny Side Up! The first roll occured on Sunday, July 13, 2008! We need to mark in on the calendar!!

Happy 4th of July!!!

I can not believe that it has been a month since I have been able to sit down and check in with all of you. Things have been busy...and of course CRAZY!
During these hard economic times we have introduced Owen to "the farm". He looks like he know what he is doing, who came up with child labor laws anyway...I can tell you who it was NOT, it was not a stay a home mom trying to come up with activities to keep her children busy so the house was not destroyed during "awake" hours! As you can see, he looks quit comfortable, he will be returning when the law allows him to work! Ha-ha!
Baby Dalton was the hit at Sari's 30th birthday party....did I mention that it was in a BAR!
Just a minute and let me explain, Mike and I had two parties on the same night, one was in Dunwoody at the hostess residence, Sari's was at Trilogy...Trilogy in my new world is a subdivision, not a bar! Needless to say, Sari was laughing that I brought a baby to a bar, and we have clarified that the room that we were in is a dinning room most of the time and this was a birthday party. But we joke that ...I have a baby....in a bar! (Sweet Home Alabama)
Dalton is now 4 months old and is cutting teeth, yes, this child has two little teeth that are coming through on the bottom! I can not believe that he is getting teeth already! He is trying his best to roll over but he has not made it all the way over YET! I am sure we will be rolling all over in a few more days!
Owen has had his first haircut, Thank you Tammy! I think Tammy was more nervous than Owen she was shaking like a leaf and was waiting for him to bust out crying...she is not around many children and she would like to keep it that way!!!! I love telling her the storeys of the kids, she does not believe anything I say!!!! The rest of you parent types know that ANYTHING is possible!
