Well, Today is my first day of my new life as "Momma"! I am up, the washing machine is running and the coffee maker is brewing the first pot of coffee...I never needed as much coffee as I do these days!
I made the decision to STAY AT HOME, well that is the term they use for someone who no longer will receive any compensation in a monetary value for their efforts! As most of you know, the last place you will find me is AT HOME!
I was asked last week if I was "Throwing in the Towel". I guess in many ways I am but, for the most part I feel like I am just stepping into the ring...of the unknown. I have two little boys looking at me trying figure out what I am going to be able to handle at that moment.
Owen has been great and is ready for his dad to hand over the keys to his 4-wheeler or the jeep! I have never seen a boy so excited to wave bye to his mom with the biggest smile on his face...he thinks he is doing something that no one else can do! Mike will load Owen and Tilton up in the jeep and drive around the neighborhood, Owen waves to everyone like he is in his own parade!
Dalton is getting stronger and will be able to roll over soon! He loves to talk and give the best smiles about 11 PM, just as I am ready to go to bed, I guess he figures if he is sweet when I fall asleep that I will wake up and feed him when he is ready!
I think the coffee is ready!
